Seabin Foundation’s Ocean Health Course Is Making Waves
Written by Jessica WigginsHave you completed Seabin Foundation’s Ocean Health Course yet?
In 2024, we launched a FREE online Ocean Health Course. Through a series of modules, you can explore the pivotal role oceans serve as Earth’s life support system, uncover the concerning impacts of plastic pollution and other threats to ocean health, discover innovative blue tech solutions like Seabin™ technology, and learn about inspiring initiatives by organisation’s worldwide in the battle for healing our oceans.

The course is designed for anyone who wants to turn their passion into action. No matter how much or how little you know about ocean health, this course is crafted to deepen your understanding of ocean health and cultivate a new generation of environmental leaders. Upon completion of the course, you will join the Ocean Health Graduates community, where you can engage with fellow enthusiasts and further strengthen your commitment to ocean preservation. You will also receive a customised certificate which can be downloaded from the portal.
To date, 258 people have completed the Ocean Health Course and took a step towards making a tangible difference in safeguarding our marine ecosystems. Are you ready to turn your passion into action? Sign up for the free Seabin Foundation Ocean Health Course today (16+). Are you 10-15yrs old? We have an adapted course available too!

This free course is only possible because of the generous contributions from the Ocean Sheroes’ 38-day Pacific Ocean rowing fundraising efforts and the valuable video content from inspiring ocean conservation organisations, brands, and creatives. This initiative showcases the strength of collective efforts to nurture the next generation of ocean stewards.
